FOUNDER & CEO
Dr. Pamela Cone
A cross-sector executive who connects identity, strategy, people, and place.
Dr. Pamela Cone is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Curated Spaces, LLC. She brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across ministry, communications, education, workforce development, business development, community engagement, and organizational leadership. She is recognized for creating transformational programs, partnerships, and initiatives that strengthen individuals, organizations, and communities.
Her professional background includes service as an interior designer, marketing director, nonprofit founding director, business development manager, program consultant, and community leader. She also serves Dominion Church of the Living God International in Dayton, Ohio, as Assistant Pastor, Lead Interior Designer, Project Manager, and Program Developer—supporting strategic planning, leadership development, educational programming, community-centered initiatives, environmental design, and organizational growth.
Executives and community partners engage Dr. Cone for her ability to listen across stakeholder groups, surface organizational identity, translate vision into structured action, and integrate leadership, communication, workplace care, and design-centered thinking. Her work helps leaders build capacity, strengthen culture, cultivate meaningful partnerships, and move toward sustainable impact with clarity and intention.

Dr. Steven Cone is the Chief Financial Officer of Curated Spaces, LLC. A United States Air Force veteran, he retired after 23 years of distinguished service at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and continues his federal career as a Technical Analyst with FMLA, 88th Comptroller Squadron.
Over 40 years leadership experience in ministry, military and government sector. - He serves as the Pastor of Dominion, Church of the Living God International, Inc.
