The first gem I want to share is that it's okay to have to step back and relaunch! Kudos to you for recognizing that you need to do so. I'm going to be honest starting over can be both daunting and exhilarating. My first thought is always, "Here I go again!"
So, now that the pity party is over let's get started!

Learning From Your Mistakes
Failure can be a good thing! Yes, it can show us our weaknesses. Failure also builds muscles aka character, resilience, determination, and it teaches us what we don't want. Whenever I think about starting over, I think about the scripture about the ant in Proverbs. Whenever she has adversity or a set back, even if she has to build her nest all over again, intuitively she resets and get busy re-building.
Gem #2: Ask the question, What is the lesson? What is it here to teach me?
Take the time to assess what worked well and what didn't. Identify the lessons you've learned, your strengths, and areas for improvement. This self-reflection will enable you to make better-informed decisions and avoid repeating past mistakes.
Visualization
Gem #3: Guess what? You can tweak your vision! Define your tweaked objectives and set clear tweaked expectations for your fresh start.
Whether it's personal growth, career advancement, or improving relationships, having a clearer vision of what you want to achieve will provide you with fresh direction and committed motivation. Make a plan! Each day work towards meeting your tweaked objective(s).
Do the Work!
Gem #4: Interpersonal development and spiritual growth are essential in making progress. Take time search inwardly. I call this Soul Work!
Re-visit your WHY? Understanding why you're doing what you're doing, in what you're in, going where you're going will insure your plans align with your core values, gifts, talents, skills, and purpose.
Expand
Once you realize some of the lessons you have learned and what you want to achieve. Seek out help. I call these people Destiny propellers, helpers, cheerleaders, partners. Listen, we don't have to know how to do everything. We must have wisdom to seek the right council. Sounds like another Wisdom Gem? You got it!
Gem #5: Seek More Wisdom & Knowledge
Whatever problem you may have your real problem is that you lack wisdom!
Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.
6 Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee.
7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom:
and with all thy getting get understanding.
8 Exalt her, and she shall promote thee:
she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her.
9 She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace:
a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.

On to the Exhilarating Part
Remember I said that starting over can be exhilarating. Not only is it an opportunity to grow and learn, but you can reinvent yourself. Yes! I have found that each time I have had to start a new job, move, or even make a new friend, it has been an opportunity to discover more about myself. I have become the queen of re-inventing myself.
Gem #6: Embrace the unknown, stay resilient, and believe in your ability to create a fulfilling and rewarding future. You are not the sum total of your mistakes or failures. They are only part of the equation for your life's journey.
